One thing we learned very quickly from people who buy homes in Blackhawk is that most of them value their privacy. As a result, we guarantee to respect that and we won’t publicize any of their complimentary feedback, although I sincerely appreciate it.
We do, of course, represent buyers and sellers in many other parts of the East Bay. we have had the good fortune to help some wonderful people buy and sell homes in the San Ramon Valley, Lamorinda and beyond. And when we were inundated with offers on our home, Bernard expertly identified which offer made the most sense to accept, which helped the closing process go very smoothly, and got us a great price on the home. We ended up selling the home very quickly for much more than our asking price, and with very few problems or worries–all thanks to Bernard. He’s an expert professional who provides fantastic service, and we highly recommend him for your real estate needs.

Michelle worked very hard for us during the sale of our home which was fast and professionally handled. The search for our replacement home was stressful as we lost out on some of the homes we bid on. Michelle was always available for our phone calls and our hundreds of questions along the way. Bernard Gibbons is the best realtor that I have ever had. I read his very useful newsletter every month and chose him to sell my house when I needed to move. Every phase of the sale was very well done. His list of recommended fixes was reasonable and appropriate for the neighborhood. He helped find workmen that did quality work for the right price. He paid for a stager and designer that signed off on the final look of the house prior to the open houses. His open house strategy was designed to generate the maximum interest. His marketing materials were first rate including a great brochure with first rate pictures and a custom website with a video walkthrough. He also instructed bidding realtors the kinds of bids that would be acceptable (ie contingencies). We received 8 bids all over the asking price and accepted the one that was the best all-around bid, not the highest. Bottom line. I strongly believe I received more money using Bernard that I would have with any other realtor.
