He was very patient and prompt when dealing with any questions and concerns we had about the process, and any recommendation he made always proved to be exactly on the mark. Plus, he was very available, always returning our calls promptly and very flexible when arranging to meet in person.
When it came time to list the home, Bernard was very savvy about exactly how to market it/price it to ensure that it was very appealing to potential buyers, and to ensure that we got the highest selling price possible. And when we were inundated with offers on our home, Bernard expertly identified which offer made the most sense to accept, which helped the closing process go very smoothly, and got us a great price on the home. We ended up selling the home very quickly for much more than our asking price, and with very few problems or worries–all thanks to Bernard. He’s an expert professional who provides fantastic service, and we highly recommend him for your real estate needs.

Bernard Gibbons is the best realtor that I have ever had. I read his very useful newsletter every month and chose him to sell my house when I needed to move. Every phase of the sale was very well done. His list of recommended fixes was reasonable and appropriate for the neighborhood. He helped find workmen that did quality work for the right price. He paid for a stager and designer that signed off on the final look of the house prior to the open houses. His open house strategy was designed to generate the maximum interest. His marketing materials were first rate including a great brochure with first rate pictures and a custom website with a video walkthrough.
